Scope and Contents
The bulk of the Office of the Registrar collection contains reports on enrollment for Purdue University Calumet including, enrollment, TAB, enrollment comparison, academic performance, degrees conferred, distribution of classes, and degree recipients. In addition, the collection includes collected data such as enrollment history, enrollment analysis, student body statistics, and enrollment projections. The collection includes the Office of the Registrar’s instructional material including, registration handbooks, on-line mid-term grade processing instructions, on-line registration instructions, and electronic grade maintenance application instructions. Lastly, the collection contains records from the Enrollment Management Committee and the Registration Calendar Committee, Academic Scheduling Binders, schedules of classes and summer workshops, memoranda, automation plans for registration, freshman registers from 1977 and 1989, flyers, a brochure, and newspaper clippings.

Biographical or Historical Information
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for scheduling classes, events, and final exams, registering students for classes, and assisting students with adding on and dropping classes, transferring credits, filing for incomplete grades, and requests for diplomas. The Office of the Registrar also maintains the Registration Calendars and Student Records.
