Biographical or Historical Information
The Student Affairs Committee is a standing committee of the Purdue University Calumet University Senate (also known as the Faculty Senate, formerly known as the Council of Faculty Delegates). The Student Affairs committee consists of at least four faculty Senators, the Vice Chancellor for Student Services, and a student Senator. The purpose of the Student Affairs Committee is to solicit faculty preferences for committee assignments through mail questionnaires, adopt policies, regulations, and procedures needed to achieve the educational objectives and promote the general welfare of the students, and to consider and act upon any request of the Purdue University Calumet student government body.
