Scope and Contents
The Food Services collection contains correspondence, memoranda, notes, menus, flyers, surveys, information on catering, and a brochure. In addition, this collection contains the minutes and agenda of the Food and Vending Services Advisory Committee. The collection also includes the 1980 Cafeteria Expansion Proposal.

Biographical or Historical Information
Food Services manages the catering and dining at Purdue University Calumet. In the past, this office has been managed by an outside group called, SAGA. In 2002, Chartwells overtook the administration.
