Abstract

Curriculum Proposals are created by departments within Schools and/or Colleges at Purdue University Northwest. These proposals include revisions, additions, and deletions of courses, programs, and degree options. Once the respective curriculum committee within each School or College has approved the Curriculum Proposal, it is sent to the Curriculum Committee, which is a Standing Committee of the Purdue University Northwest University Senate (aka Faculty Senate). If the Curriculum Proposal is approved by the Curriculum Committee, the Committee then prepares the document for approval in the University (Faculty) Senate. After its final approval through the Purdue University Northwest University Senate, the Curriculum Proposal is then processed by the Office of the Registrar.
